We’re looking for a part-time Candidate Experience Agent in our journey of using modern technology to create an unbiased, skill-based recruitment process.

Tengai Unbiased is an HR tech startup based in Stockholm and Malmö, developing an interview intelligence platform and the world’s first social interview robot. At Tengai we’ve been, since the beginning, challenging the traditional job interview by giving every applicant a fair evaluation while collecting objective interview data and assisting recruiters and managers with assessments.

Since the onboarding of many new clients, we’re also ramping up the interview operation efforts which have led to the development of this role. 


The role 

  • 2-3 days per week, flexible hours, mostly during normal business hours but it can also be possible to increase to evenings and weekends too.
  • At least until fall 2021, more likely one year forward
  • Work is mainly done from our office in Stockholm but when your work does not require it, you're welcome to work from home. 
  • We will provide you with everything you need to perform your tasks, such as computer and office space and of course free coffee and tea. And a grill as well, if you are into BBQ.

Your responsibilities as Candidate Experience Agent

  • You will be part of a small Product Development team at our Stockholm office.
  • Your work will include managing daily tasks related to interview operations, such as candidate support, maintenance of interviews, reporting and troubleshooting, always with a goal of improving Candidates, and Recruiters experience. Your expanding experience will lead to new insights, and ultimately convert into new features for both Tengai and Recruit. 
  • You will work closely with our product team and evaluate the operational process.
  • We are a start-up, depending on your own interest, there will be possibilities to get involved in diverse projects within the Product-team. 

About You

  • We believe that you have a mix of experience of customer service, with an interest in AI/HR-tech and a pinch of either knowledge or work experience of recruitment. 
  • You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
